• Message text and any other personal data you voluntarily fill in the text of your inquiry including any enclosed documentation; these may be, in particular, data on your health condition, inquiry after a medical intervention, picture etc.

In the case of processing of personal data relating to your health condition, this is the processing of the so-called special category of personal data. This processing is voluntary and you provide it in order to express your interest in a consultation and recommendation of suitable services by a clinic with which Ivfinprague.com cooperates as part of its activities (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”).

However, your express CONSENT is required for such processing, which you can grant by ticking the “I agree to the processing of my sensitive data” box. This processing is then allowed by Article 9(2)a) of the Regulation. In such a case, Ivfinprague.com is the data processor and the Clinic is the data controller.

Ivfinprague.com processes the aforesaid personal data as follows:

• In the event we receive your documentation, your data will be forwarded to the Clinic for the processing of your consultation inquiry within 3 business days of sending your message.
• Your data will be processed by Ivfinprague.com for the duration of arranging the service, but no longer than 1 year from the last communication unless an agreement is made. In such a case, the communication will be archived by the Clinic which provided the service for the period of 10 years from the last part of the service provided.

Ivfinprague.com processes, as the data controller, your documentation in order to promote the Ivfinprague.com services. If you do not wish for such processing to take place, you may revoke your consent at the contact e-mail address of Ivfinprague.com, info@ivfinprague.com.

If you express your interest in receiving newsletters, Ivfinprague.com will process, as the data controller, your e-mail address in order to include it in the database for sending commercial communications for the period of 3 years from expressing your interest unless you express disagreement with receiving such commercial communications – either at the e-mail address of Ivfinprague.com, info@ivfinprague.com, or clicking in the commercial communication received.
